Creating the future today

Bold and creative sneakers from Noir Kei Ninomiya x Reebok LTD

Collaborations between historical brands and designers are commonplace. The aim is often to reissue iconic models from the past through a contemporary reinterpretation. From these liaisons come eccentric and daring footwear, the result of research into shapes, materials and details. This is the case of the collaboration between Reebok LTD and Noir Kei Ninomiya, which, on the occasion of Paris Fashion week dedicated to the collections for autumn-winter 24/25, materialized in an original reinterpretation of the Instapump Fury, first presented in 1994. Over time, these shoes have been revisited by fashion brands, including Vetements and Maison Margiela, culminating in the recent collaboration with Japanese designer Kei Ninomiya, who had begun his own stylistic journey at Comme des Garcons. In the new version, they immediately stood out for their aggressive and avant-garde look. Declined in three different colorways, White, Black, and Citron, and in two styles, the Instapump Fury by Noir Kei Ninomiya x Reebok LTD will be available at Dover Street Market and selected retailers for the fall/winter 24/25 season.

Creativity now goes hand in hand with Reebok. Already with the spring/summer 2024 collection, designed by Ada Kokosar, head of womenswear design, the DMX Ruffle sneaker was interpreted in a version mellowed by ruffles. The designer, in fact, focused on feminine silhouettes and details declined in natural colors to propose a complete wardrobe for sports activities, where footwear always plays an important role. The collection is available on, Farfetch and selected global retailers.
