This is where the Spiritual Guidance capsule explores the link between performance and inner harmony (see the words printed on the insoles), inviting the brand’s community to ‘trust their own rhythm, follow their instinct and forge their own path’, explains Brian Moore, Chief Product Officer at Saucony. 

The capsule, designed by Isaac Neves, reinterprets some of the brand’s most-loved silhouettes. Among them, the ProGrid Paramount brings back an authentic design inspired by Y2K aesthetics, with solid roots in running and a style equally suited to everyday wear. Dropping the traditional logo puts the spotlight on the exposed mesh upper and internal fabric structure, giving the shoe a cleaner, more essential side profile while keeping the DNA of the 2007 model intact and further enriching the Retro Tech line-up. The ProGrid Guide 7 returns in a retro reissue that stays true to its running origins, combining protection and comfort. The Guide 19, finally, has been designed to deliver maximum cushioning. Thanks to a new PWRRUN foam formulation, it offers ideal everyday comfort, along with greater forefoot flexibility and further improved durability.
